These Terms of Service apply when you visit trouttops.com or buy from Trout Tops Co. ("Trout Tops," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use this site.

Using this site

Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Accounts: If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details private, and tell us about any unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use: You agree not to:

  • Use this site for an unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the site's operation or security
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission
  • Upload viruses or other harmful code

Product use and safety

Trout Tops hats contain a magnetic strip. Please use them with care:

  • Medical devices: Keep the hat away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices. Ask your doctor before use if you have an implanted device.
  • Magnet-sensitive items: Keep the hat away from magnetic cards and other items that magnets can affect.
  • Hooks and flies: Hooks are sharp. Handle them carefully, and place them on the hat at your own risk.
  • Holding strength: Magnetic strength can vary by hook size, weight, and activity. Flies may fall off, so check them before you move or fish.
  • Children: Keep hooks and small parts away from children.
  • Intended use: Use the product only as intended. Don't alter it or use it if it's damaged.

Intellectual property

All site content, including our name, logo, images, text, videos, and product designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, or use it without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without paying or crediting you.
